eProperty Innovations provides software and strategic business consulting for local governments, land banks, and organizations involved in acquiring, stabilizing, and repurposing land and property. The product needed a clearer digital experience aligned to those operational workflows.

09 Ideation & Wireframing Approach
Key screens were wireframed after IA and task-flow definition — prioritizing layout structure, action placement, and content hierarchy before high-fidelity styling. This kept modernization grounded in workflow clarity.

Headers, status, and primary actions were elevated so dense property data is easier to scan.

11 Design System / Components / Auto Layout
Reusable navigation, tables, forms, cards, badges, and action bars were built in Figma with Auto Layout to keep spacing, alignment, and responsive behavior consistent across high-fidelity screens.
12 Interaction Design & Prototyping
Key workflows were connected into an interactive Figma prototype for stakeholder review — demonstrating navigation, screen transitions, and clearer task progression in the modernized experience.

Legacy modernization works best when IA and task clarity lead the redesign. For eProperty Plus, the design approach treated modern UI as the outcome of organized information, clearer actions/states, and consistent components — not a visual layer on top of unresolved complexity.
